It’s been a while since my last blog post, but I’m happy to be back! I finished up my Spring semester of school and now I’m on summer break *yay*. Needless to say, I’ve been soaking up all this free time and relaxing before the stress kicks in a few months from now.
Anywho!.. Today I want to talk about these Free People jeans that everyone loves. They are the busted knee jeans and I saw them on sale a few weeks ago and had to snag them. It’s also on SALE (50% off!!) right now at a major retailer until June 2nd. I am linking it here.
I wanted to try out these jeans because being 5’2, it’s difficult to find slit jeans that go right at the knee cap. I see other bloggers raving about them and how it fits perfectly at the knee. So do they? The answer is YES. They go right at my knee cap, but I also ordered the short-length instead of the regular, so if you’re 5’2 and below I suggest you get the short-length.
What about sizing? I listened to other bloggers to go up a size because they run small, and that’s exactly what I did! Order one size up and it will be perfect.
Comfort? They are high-waisted and really comfortable.
Overall, I loooveee these jeans and I have been wearing them non-stop! It’s so worth it and you won’t regret it. There is a lighter wash to the exact jeans and it will be my next purchase.
P.s. In this color – dark blue – it has a lot of dye, so throw them in the washer before the first time you wear them out. If you have light leather seats, be careful and wipe off the dye that will be left on your seat.
